Vineyard near Rome – Wine Tasting in Frascati

This tour is focused on a real Roman Experience: Castelli Romani Wine Tour. This joyful tour takes place every day in Frascati. We pick you up at the train station in Frascati, located just 30 minutes from Rome in. the middle of the area called Castelli Romani.

We first visit Frascati as real locals. We meet the artisans and the owner of small shops and boutiques while tasting the famous porchetta and a glas of wine.

Then we drive to a family-driven winery at Frascati, where they produce Frascati DOC, the wine that the Romans drink. A guided visit of the cellars and of the vineyards is also included. Then we have a wine tasting in the garden with some snacks and three glasses of wine. We taste also extra virgin olive oil produce at the winery.

After this immersion in the Roman countryside let’s go back to Frascati where we enjoy a lunch in a typical osteria. We start with some cheese, salami, ham and continues with some pasta paired with the wine you have tried at the winery.
