Erik gav oss en mycket trevlig dag. Hämtade oss punktlighet vid vårt kryssningsfartyg och tillsammans med en duktig chaufför visade oss allt av Rom man rimligen kan begära. Att ha en svensk guide var toppen och eftetsom han är så kunnig fick vi svar på alla frågor. Det blev både bättre och billigare än de alternativ kryssningen erbjöd.

We enjoyed a fantastically well prepared, in-depth and entertaining tour the captured everyone from kids to grown ups in our family. Erik is knowledgeable, fun, uses a variety of media to really bring the tour to life and speaks perfect Swedish as well as several other languages. No queues, no hassle but he also navigated the admission and administration swiftly and in an expert way.

Take your flight to Rome two days before or after Cruise to visit Rome with a local Guide. Vi pick you up at the airport and bring your luggages to the apartment located in Santa Marinella, near the port of Civitavecchia. 

In the meantime you visit Rome with our local Guide of Rome. We offer you a welcome aperitivo with a glass of wine and some snacks and show you Romes Highlights: Colosseum (outside), Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia and the Vatican.

Our guide tells you also something about the Italian Food culture and let you try some typical Food tasting matched with Italian wines (6 food and wine tastings).

Later we take the train to Santa Marinella (about 30 minutes), a picturesque fishermen village. Check in at the apartment of Santa Marinella and overnight there 2 nights.

We will bring you with taxi to the port of Civitavecchia when you have to check in for the Cruise. In the meantime you can discover a little bit Rome on your own or you can explore the north coast of Rome, also known as the Land of the Etruscans.
