Vi känner Erik sen hans tid som guide på La Serra, då vi var i tre vecka. Erik är seriös, hjälpsam och kunnig, med en god portion humor. Dessutom har vi kompisar som hade honom som guide i Rom, vilket dem var väldig nöjda med, även dem två teenage barnen tyckte plötslig att Rom och historie var intressant, sen är det jo så klart en stor hjälp att Erik också prata svenska.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN ROME, ORIENTATION TOUR, APERITIVO AND DINNER 

Arrival in the city centre of Rome. We pick you up at the airport. Transfer with private taxi to hotel Raffaello (or similar) or in a apartment selected by us in the city centre of Rome. After the check-in in one of our favourite apartments in Rome, we do an orientation tour in the city centre of Rome to show you the famous piazzas of Rome such as Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona. Welcome Aperitif and dinner in one of the most authentic districts of Rome Trastevere in one of our favourite Trattorias Popi Popi (or similar). Overnight in a central Hotel/ apartment in Rome city centre.

Day 2: BREAKFAST AT THE COLOSSEUM, GUIDED TOUR FOOD WINE AND HIDDEN SECRETS

Italian breakfast with cornetto and cappuccino together with our Guide near the Colosseum. We learn about the ancient Rome, the gladiatorial fights and animal huntings but if you want to visit inside the Colosseum and the Roman Forum we recommend to book the Guided Tour of the Colosseum. You can also book a guided tour of the Vatican or funny activities such as bike tour or vespa tour. At lunch we try one of the best carbonaras in town in a cosy Pastabar: Pasta Chef (or similar). In the afternoon we meet again for one of our most sold Experience in Rome: Food Wine and Hidden secrets. We walk through the Jewish Ghetto to reach the market square of Campo Dei Fiori to discover some hidden secrets of Rome and we stop for some Food & Wine tastings (6 Food and wine tastings). Day 3: TRANSFER TO FLORENCE BY HIGH SPEED TRAIN; FOOD TOUR OF FLORENCE
Today we meet at the Termini train station and we have a typical Italian breakfast. Transfer by fast train to Florence (one hour and 30 minutes). Check-in in the Grand Hotel Cavour (or similar) or in one of our favorite apartment in Florence; orientation Food Tour to see the Highlights of Florence city centre and to try some typical local products such as a schiacciata, a tagliere and a tasting of Tuscan wines (6 food and 6 wine tastings).  Free afternoon.  We meet again in the evening for a typical Florentine dinner at the Mercato centrale with some crostini, a plate of pici and wild boar. Vino della casa is served with this dinner. Possibility to book a guided Tour of the Uffizi Gallery. Overnight in Florence.

Day 4: TRANSFER TO PISA AND FREE TIME IN THE CITY OF THE LEANING TOWER
Typical breakfast on the other side of the river Arno, in the so called Area aldiladdarno, where you can buy in some local shops and breath a real Florentine atmosphere. We try here also a panino with lampredotto, a local delicacy from the lampredottai. Transfer with regional train to Pisa to see the famous leaning Tower of Pisa. Here you have some free time and you can decide at what time you want to come back to Florence. Free afternoon and dinner on our own. Overnight in Florence.

Day 5: TRANSFER TO NAPLES; FOOD TOUR IN NAPLES 
Today we have a typical breakfast near the train station of Santa Maria Novella, an example of modern architecture in the pearl of renaissance time, very interesting! Transfer to Naples with high speed train, arrival and Check-in at Neapolitan Republic Suite (or similar) or in one of our favorite apartment in Naples city centre. Orientation Tour with an authorized Guide to see the Highlights of Naples and to try some typical local products (6 Food tastings). In the evening we meet at sunset at the romantic Lungomare Caracciolo where we try one of the best pizza Margherita in the world at Sorbillo (or similar). Overnight in Naples

Day 6: TOUR OF CAPRI: THE JEWEL OF THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA
Breakfast with a napolitan coffee and a local pastry called sfogliatella. Today we meet our Tour leader near the Molo Beverello and reach Capri by ferry. Let’s start with a boat tour around the island to see the colorful grottoes and drive through the famous faraglioni cliffs. Then we take the uplift to the famous Piazzetta and have a light lunch at Anacapri. Free time to explore the island on your own. You can have an aperitif in the famous piazzetta, you can walk on Anacapri to see the lovely view from Villa San Michele or you can have a boat tour to see the amazing Blue grotto. On the evening we meet in Naples city centre and we enjoy a dinner together in one of our favourite restaurants Nennella (or similar). Overnight in Naples.

Day 7: FREE DAY IN NAPLES; POSSIBLITY TO BOOK A TOUR OF POMPEII OR THE AMALFI COAST
Free day in Naples. Possibility to book a tour of the ancient ruins of Pompeii or a tour of the Amalfi coast. Overnight in Naples.

Day 8:

It’s time to go back to the airport (ticket not included). If you want to stay for a longer time we will be happy to show you the most authentic side of central Italy
